Digital voice messaging can help you manage calls in peak times or out of office hours by offering comfort greetings when queuing, or providing the option to leave a message. In addition to the standard phone system features, the IPLDK range can offer computer telephony integration where calls are handled simply by a click of the PC mouse and customer relationship management applications, which provides existing customer information on screen before a call is answered.
